Tóm tắt: MomHaven không thu thập, không gửi ra ngoài và không chia sẻ bất kỳ dữ liệu cá nhân nào. App chạy hoàn toàn trên điện thoại của bạn và không kết nối Internet. Micro chỉ dùng để đo độ to của âm thanh trong phòng; app không ghi âm.
MomHaven là app giúp mẹ sau sinh nghỉ ngơi: app nghe phòng ngủ qua micro của điện thoại và phát âm thanh dễ chịu trong tai nghe, to dần khi bé khóc. Trang này giải thích app làm gì với micro, với file và với cài đặt của bạn.
1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
Không có. MomHaven:
- không có tài khoản hay đăng nhập;
- không dùng công cụ phân tích (analytics) và không gửi báo cáo lỗi tự động;
- không có quảng cáo, không dùng mã định danh quảng cáo, không theo dõi bạn giữa các app hay website;
- không gửi dữ liệu cho chúng tôi hay bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào.
2. Micro
- App dùng micro để đo độ to của âm thanh trong phòng, nhận ra khi bé khóc và chỉnh âm lượng nhạc cho phù hợp.
- Âm thanh được xử lý ngay trên điện thoại, theo thời gian thực, trong bộ nhớ tạm. App chỉ tính ra mức độ to (decibel) rồi bỏ đi; không ghi âm, không lưu thành file và không gửi đi.
- Micro chỉ bật khi bạn bấm Play để bắt đầu phiên nghe và tắt khi bạn dừng. Trong lúc đó, điện thoại hiển thị chỉ báo micro của hệ điều hành.
- Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền micro bất cứ lúc nào trong phần Cài đặt của điện thoại; khi đó app không hoạt động được.
3. Dữ liệu chỉ lưu trên điện thoại của bạn

Khi thêm nhạc, bạn chọn file qua trình chọn file của hệ điều hành; app chỉ đọc đúng file bạn chọn.
Nếu bạn bật tính năng sao lưu của hệ điều hành (iCloud hoặc Google), các dữ liệu trên có thể nằm trong bản sao lưu do Apple hoặc Google quản lý theo cài đặt của bạn. MomHaven không truy cập các bản sao lưu đó.
4. Quyền app yêu cầu
- Micro — như mục 2.
- Thông báo (Android 13 trở lên) — hiển thị thông báo “MomHaven đang lắng nghe” có nút Dừng trong lúc phiên chạy.
- Chạy nền — dịch vụ nền loại micro và phát nhạc (Android), chế độ âm thanh nền (iOS), để app vẫn hoạt động khi bạn khoá màn hình.
Bản Android không khai báo quyền truy cập Internet. Trên cả Android và iOS, app không kết nối mạng.
5. Trẻ em
MomHaven dành cho người lớn (mẹ hoặc người chăm bé). App không thu thập dữ liệu của bất kỳ ai, kể cả trẻ em: tiếng khóc của bé chỉ được đo độ to tức thời như mục 2 và không được lưu lại.
6. Bên thứ ba
App không tích hợp bộ công cụ (SDK) quảng cáo, phân tích hay mạng xã hội nào, và không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu, vì không có dữ liệu nào rời khỏi điện thoại của bạn.
7. Thay đổi chính sách
Nếu chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang.

Privacy Policy
In short: MomHaven does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. The app runs entirely on your phone and never connects to the Internet. The microphone is used only to measure how loud the room is; the app never records audio.
MomHaven helps new mothers rest: it listens to the bedroom through your phone’s microphone and plays a soothing sound in your headphones that gets louder when your baby cries. This page explains what the app does with the microphone, your files and your settings.
1. Data we collect
None. MomHaven:
- has no accounts or sign-in;
- uses no analytics and sends no automatic crash reports;
- shows no ads, uses no advertising identifiers and does not track you across apps or websites;
- sends no data to us or to any third party.
2. Microphone
- The app uses the microphone to measure the loudness of the room, notice when your baby cries and adjust the music volume accordingly.
- Audio is processed on your phone, in real time, in temporary memory. The app only computes a loudness level (in decibels) and then discards the audio; it does not record, save or send it.
- The microphone is on only after you tap Play to start a listening session, and off when you stop. While it is on, your phone shows the system microphone indicator.
- You can revoke microphone access at any time in your phone’s Settings; the app cannot work without it.
3. Data stored only on your phone

To add music you pick a file with the system file picker; the app reads only the file you choose.
If you turn on your operating system’s backup (iCloud or Google), this data may be included in backups managed by Apple or Google according to your settings. MomHaven does not access those backups.
4. Permissions
- Microphone — see section 2.
- Notifications (Android 13 and later) — show a “MomHaven is listening” notification with a Stop button while a session is running.
- Background operation — a microphone and media playback foreground service (Android) and background audio mode (iOS), so the app keeps working while your screen is locked.
The Android app does not request Internet access. On both Android and iOS, the app makes no network connections.
5. Children
MomHaven is intended for adults (mothers or caregivers). It collects no data from anyone, including children: your baby’s crying is only measured for momentary loudness as described in section 2 and is never stored.
6. Third parties
The app includes no advertising, analytics or social media SDKs, and does not sell or share data, because no data ever leaves your phone.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
